How to Add Multiple Videos to Your Webinar Page in Systeme.io

Hello everyone! In today’s blog post, I am walking you through a practical guide on managing videos within Systeme.io’s webinar broadcast page. If you watched our latest YouTube video, you know that handling video content on webinar pages can be tricky if you want to use more than one video. Let’s break it down and make it easy to manage multiple videos effectively.

Understanding Systeme.io Webinar Pages

Systeme.io's webinar pages come with specific features that are different from other funnel pages. When you preview a webinar page, you’ll notice that the main video starts automatically and plays without typical video controls, except for an option to toggle the volume. This automatic start feature is ideal for live webinars, but what if you want to add more videos to your page?

Challenges with Multiple Videos

One common challenge is that adding more than one video to a webinar page will cause all videos to start simultaneously. This behavior can be problematic if you want to have videos play in sequence or with specific controls.

Solution: Embedding Additional Videos

The solution is to use embed codes for your additional videos. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Duplicate Your Webinar Page

If you want to test this before putting it on a live page, I would recommend duplicating the original webinar page to avoid making changes to your live page. Go to your Systeme.io dashboard, find the webinar page you want to copy, and click on 'Duplicate.' Rename the duplicate as needed (e.g., "Copy of Broadcast"). If you are fine with making these changes to a live page, jump to Step 3.

Step 2: Edit Your Duplicated Page

Open the duplicated page for editing. You can change the title to something like "Test Page" to differentiate it from the original. Add any additional text or elements as needed.

Step 3: Add New Video Sections

To add more videos, insert a new section below your existing content. Use a raw HTML element to add your video embed code. Retrieve the embed code from your YouTube channel, ensuring the videos are in an unlisted playlist if you prefer privacy.

Step 4: Adjust Video Dimensions

For a professional look, match the size of your additional videos to the main webinar video. Use tools like the Windows Snipping Tool with the video capture or something similar on other platforms to measure the dimensions of the video. Update the embed code with these dimensions to maintain consistency.

Step 5: Save and Preview

After embedding your videos and adjusting their dimensions, save your changes. Preview the page to ensure everything displays correctly. Your main webinar video will start automatically, while the additional videos will have standard playback controls.

Conclusion

Managing multiple videos on a Systeme.io webinar page can be straightforward with the right approach. By embedding additional videos and adjusting their settings, you can create a more dynamic and controlled webinar experience.
